ORDERS
Before placing an order, please check your order carefully. Changes or additions cannot be made to special orders already in production. Any changes or additions made after placing an order will be treated as a new order. Prices and promotions on team.dolfinswimwear.com are subject to change without notice. Surcharges are subject to implementation and may vary. Special Orders can be placed using our online customization tool or by contacting TeamSales@dolfinswimwear.com.
RETURNS POLICY
While we strive to ensure that your package is exactly what you expect, occasional issues can happen. Please check your order carefully upon receipt and report any discrepancies or issues by emailing our Customer Engagement team at info@dolfinswim.com within 5 days
RETURNS: Stock Products
Dolfin Swimwear gladly accepts customer returns provided the following conditions are met:
- All return requests must be sent to Dolfin Swimwear no more than 30 days after shipment of merchandise.
- Returns must be processed through returns.dolfinswimwear.com in order to be accepted.
- Merchandise must not have been worn or laundered and must have all hang tags and sew-in tags attached in their original position and condition.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Stock items ordered with embellishments are considered Made-to-Order. Please see Returns: Made-to-Order/Personalized Products for more details.
RETURNS: Made-to-Order/Personalized Products
Made-to-order or personalized products, including special order, stock with embellishments, custom, etc., are made to the customer’s specifications and cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturer’s error or defect. If you believe this is the case, please contact Customer Engagement for help in resolving the issue. Please note, all requests must be made within 90 days of the delivery date
RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA)
A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of initiating an RMA number or the RMA will expire. The RMA can be obtained online or by phone.
ONLINE RETURN PROCESS

1. Access the online RMA form at returns.dolfinswimwear.com.
2. Enter your order number and last name into the system.
3. Click the “Find Order” button.
4. A window will open displaying your order (please note that if you are past the eligibility period for a return, the order will not be displayed.)
5. Check the box to the left of the items you would like to return.
6. Next, select the quantity you want to return and the reason for the return.
7. Once you have selected all the items you want to return, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Create Return Request” button.
8. From there a web page will open, providing your Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) and the download for your Return Form.
9. Please print the Return Form and fill it out with your RMA. Once an RMA is initiated, you have two (2) weeks to return your items, or the RMA will expire, and you will need to initiate a new request.
10. Pack your item(s) in secure packaging and enclose the Return Form inside the package.
11. Mail the return using a trackable method of shipping to:

RETURNS PROCESSING
Please allow 3-10 business days to process your return. This does not include standard shipping time in the estimate. Refunds will be applied to the payment method used for purchase. If payment was made by check, a refund check will be sent to the bill-to address on file. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
RETURNS: Defective Products
Dolfin Swimwear, at its sole discretion, will determine if the merchandise in question is defective, and whether it will be replaced, repaired, or credited to the customer’s account. Dolfin Swimwear will not accept returns on defective merchandise beyond 30 days from the date of receipt (90 days for made-to-order or personalized products). Due to health requirements and safety concerns for our employees, all previously worn apparel that is being returned for any reason must be laundered
